Graduate in the engineering field (Electrical side an advantage). Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Use a variety of pneumatic, electrical and hand tools for the specific jobs. Able to identify and use a variety of test and measurement equipment including digital and analogue voltmeters, pneumatic and smart calibrators. Performs a variety of skilled work related to installations, calibration of control valves, pressure, level and temperature controllers, including running and tracing complex loop wiring. Able to read / understand the P&IDs, loop sheets, cause & effects and schematic diagrams. Carry out the duties of an instrumentation fitter, able to select the fitting materials suitable for cryogenic, steam and corrosive services. Must adhere strictly to the company’s standards, codes and practices. Familiar with a similar permit system and area classifications. Salary: Best as per the Industry Standards. Job No. 13-02415.
