INTERESTING STUFF - #Wireless_Electricity I wonder what the world will be like if one of the worlds 20th century influential scientists, a Serbia-American, Nicola Tesla was still alive towards his final years and successfully developed his idea of #wireless_electricity which he had been theorizing for most of his life. His patents on alternating electrical current and distribution helped established the commercial electricity industry. He also made contributions to robotics, radar and computer science. He was working on the idea of inventing a wireless electrical grid that fell short after his death and also because his financiers doubt the invention. His idea was to have towers around the world that could broadcast electricity like a television station. Instead of having powerlines strewn all over the place, you can just transmit energy through the air or through the ground. A couple of recent scientists believe his idea could be a rediscovery of an ancient technology that had disappeared over the millenia. Wonder what it would be like to have wireless electrical grid so electricity can be transmitted like radio waves. With this technology I don’t think we will be having hassles with power blackouts aye!? The works and ideas of Tesla went into obscurity after he died but maybe the theory is worth the try. It’s been proven and it’s a definite that it will work. Any electrical engineers of today wish to venture into Tesla’s works could become the revolution to the power/energy industry and the energy crisis of the world.
