Key Tasks - Take ownership of new client enquiries from preliminary interest stage to conversion and post-trip customer experience - Develop a full and detailed knowledge of Wild Guanabana’s full array of products and services - Maintain WG’s CRM cloud-based software to make sure customer information is up-to-date and relevant - Ability to interact with clients in a professional yet friendly manner, reinforcing the Wild Guanabana brand and values - Work alongside another CRM team member to manage all aspects of the client experience - Liaise with WG’s Digital Marketing specialist to ensure customer experience and insights are reflected in WG’s online and social media strategy - Help tailor perks, promotions and incentives for existing customers to boost repeat business and customer loyalty - Conduct surveys and questionnaires on occasion to extract key customer insights to improve the overall experience Pre-requisites - Passionate about adventure travel and improving customer experience - Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision - Excellent command of the English and Arabic language - Written Arabic skills are a plus - Non-smokers only
