INTRODUCING ... 100 Years Of Coconuts patron: Luke Chadwick 100 Years Of Coconuts is thrilled to announce that Cambridge United Football Club midfield star and supporter extraordinaire Luke Chadwick has agreed to act as patron. Luke, who joined the Us on loan last season and signed to stay at The R Costings Abbey Stadium for a further year in June, has supported the club all his life. A Premier League winner with Manchester United, he told the press that making his debut for the club at home to Welling in March felt better than playing in a Champions League quarter-final in Munich. Now he is contributing even more to the club he loves by supporting 100yearsofcoconuts.co.uk, the online museum that celebrates the 100-year-plus history of Cambridge United. Im very happy to act as patron of Coconuts said Luke. Everyone knows how close to my heart the Us are, and Coconuts is doing a great job in recording and preserving the history of our great club.
