INTRODUCTION Business 101 (Basic) is a 12 session consulting-led workshop focussing on Business Excellence (SMEs Management Action for Results), BE SMART. Participants will be guided to Analyse, Synthesize and Evaluate their capabilities in leading and managing their businesses. In the process, participants will identify challenges, brainstorm for solutions, and recommend improvements and drafting action plans. The programme is spread over 6 weeks to allow participants to share and discuss gaps identified and plans to improve performance with the consultant.
