INTRODUCTION TO DISSOLUTION TERMINATION Its time to go back to the drawing board to remake and enhance our democracy. We can no longer be fooled into believing that everything is OK, we just need to let the bad times pass. The bad times will keep coming and theyll get much worse if we dont take serious action. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness… it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security” (This comes from the Declaration of Independence) So you see, it is not just our right, it is our duty to remake and or abolish our government when the people feel it is necessary. The founding fathers understood that over the passage of time, Democracies deteriorate as they succumb to corruption. The corruption of greed, politics, ethics, money - you name it. Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There was never a democracy that did not commit suicide.” - John Adams They made sure the people had one last ultimate trump card over our government should the time come when the government no longer works to the satisfaction of the people. If all failed they left us with this one last option (We call it the nuclear option). The problem is that the founding fathers didnt define a process for us to exercise this right. We will have to make a formal demand to have control of our country peacefully and methodically handed back to the people, as is our right. This country belongs to the people and no one or anything else. Our government doesnt own us, we own it. We are responsible for our government because we created it.
