INVITATION- From Jan of the family Lolfeldt. A new African beginning, Proudly Manenberg, a member organization of the United Democratic Front invites community organisations, the faith fraternity, the workers, the mothers, the fathers, the children, en die hondjies en die katjies to an African coming together at which we bring an end to Roman Dutch law as a foreign jurisdiction operating on our African land. Proudly Manenberg has brought a case against Consol Glass who have been hiding behind the courts to hold onto our land. In the process they have exploited our minerals whilst the people of Manenberg go hungry. Proudly Manenberg has informed the court that the proceedings will see the court changing hands from Roman Dutch law to customary and common law as provided for in section 39 of the constitution. Consol Glass is required to participate in proceedings and come together as fellow South Africans in building a new society.
