IS your process serving business model akin to a fast food restaurant? Are you running with two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce cheese, pickles onions on a sesame seed bun or hold the pickles hold the lettuce special orders dont upset us If you choose either of these two options you are headstrong into the sinking ship. Process serving is not and should not be a smorgasbord menu at a fast food restaurant. The fact is many are running these business models attempting to suck as much money as they can from their clients. What you will be left with will be a dutifully owned reputation as a jack of all trades and master of none. Should e-service or alternative service of process occur and knock the mother load of the trade into oblivion you will go with it! You focused on the slogans instead of the substance. If you have some special skill sets or experience from education, work, military or police you most certainly need to publish them to your clients with both eyes wide open. Dont tell your client you will always do it their way because their way may not help your reputation if their way was wrong. Keep both eyes wide open for who you associate with or prospective clients may not think of you as the kind of person they want serving your papers!
