ISIS Threat in middle east- Islamic State Of Iraq & Syria popularly known as ISIS is a sunni islamic militant group. It has a vision to establish a Sunni Muslim state comprising of Iraq, syria, parts of Jordan & Turkey. The ongoing clashes in Iraq between ISIS & armed forces of Iraq is infact an ethic clash between sunni & shia community. ISIS had existed for long but after the withdrawal of US led NATO forces it came into prominance & established shadow govt. in many areas. The current situation demands a major military intervention by US ,NATO or Israeli forces to contain ISIS , & if this didnot happen, there is a possibility of this disturbance spreading to Syria & Jordan as well. For the welfare of humanity ISIS should be wiped out.
