We invite applications for a new Digicel Opportunity - CUSTOMER CARE AGENT TRAINEE (PART TIME) POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Care Agent Trainee (PART TIME) will be required to effectively and professionally handle customer requests. All successful Customer Care Agent Trainees will be required to complete twelve (12) month training programme comprised of both the theoretical and practical elements of the Companys Call Centre operations. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service and care Five (5) CXC or GCE OLevels (including English Language and Mathematics) Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Dependable Result Oriented Ability to work in a shift based environment An acceptable combination of experience and academic qualifications will be considered in lieu of the minimum requirements.
