ISRO MAHAAN HAI! Cheapness_our_strength_yesterday_today_tomorrow_forever 1. Primary objective of this mission as quoted by Wikipedia is to showcase Indias rocket launch systems, spacecraft-building and operations capabilities at much lesser cost ! 2. India has already launched 3 commercial PSLV rocket, and by showcasing that ISRO is competent , it has occupied a huge role in the billion dollar space enterprise ! Thus morons still claiming that Indian govt should focus on priorities and calling this space program a hobby , u gotta realize that if ISRO doesnt work hard , india and other developing countries would be at the mercy of NASA and ESA for even launching a simple satellite, at exorbitant rates ! U all know the uses of a satellite I suppose and how not having one cud hamper our progress ! Today I see india competing with USA and European nations and even overtaking their BUSINESS 3. Even though there was vacuum for a major part between earth and mars , its only a reference I.e. 7rs per km for MOM , to appreciate its exceptional genius , even if u dnt compare it with MAVEN( which is obviously for more scientific reasons a better rocket for better purposes for better objectives than MOM) its still very cheap and very affordable for all developing nations , making them a great customer for Indian government ! 4. The success rate displayed by ISRO is higher than that by any other space agency ever! Being Indians , we must be proud of it that our cheapness ,our quality of JUGAAD (AS QUOTED BY EVEN BBC )and misery is finally bringing out the best in us and the whole world is shocked , and amazed by it! 5. Most importantly, the fallouts of this mission , like more engineers opting to stay in india , more ppl diverted to become great scientists , increasing awareness n ol , one can only imagine the significance and impact and change this mission will bring about in the coming 5-10 years... #PROUD_TO_BE_A_CHEAP_Indian
