ISSMA JAZZ FESTIVAL Carroll High School, Fort Wayne, IN Friday, March 7th 3:00pm- Practice on Stage until 4:30pm. Full run of concert. 4:30pm- Snack provided. Dress for concert (Sunday Best) 5:30pm- Load bus and depart for Carroll High School 6:30pm- Arrive at Carroll High School 7:30pm- Transit to warm-up 7:45pm- Warm-up 8:15pm- Performance in the small auditorium 8:40pm- Finish performance and load equipment and busses. 9:00pm- Depart for FJHS (we will stop for dinner on the way home, fast food) 10:45pm- Arrive at FJHS, unload equipment 11:00pm- Dismissed Equipment- Make sure you are keeping track of everything you need to have with you for this event. Dress- Make sure you are dressing nicely Boys- shirts, ties, dark dress pants, socks and shoes. Girls- PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY. Remember it is WINTER Dinner- Please bring $$$ for dinner. We will stop on the way home Transportation- If you are not ridding home with us make sure to turn in travel slip. Practice- We will talk about holding additional practices to prepare for this event. Make sure you are practicing outside of rehearsal.
