IT Consultant at Misr Capital Investment (Misr Bank) A number of vacancies for different jobs are available within one of the biggest international organizations in Egypt Brief Description: - Providing 24/7 technical support for the employees inside all branches. - Manage related services (Desktop, Laptop, Printing Including Stationary, and Printing Excluding Stationary) consumption, and cost with R&A / core client delivery team. - Provide physical desk side support for all PC-based, AV, VC equipment and software including client side support for support for networking related problems. Experience, Qualifications required: - Typically graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field experience in a similar position - Very good level of understanding of user hardware and software and general IT Operations principles - In depth knowledge of best practice within a support/operational environment. - Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills including the ability to influence peer group. Strong analytical skills to quickly assess situations, their impact and options for resolution. - Excellent problem solving skills and ability to find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution. - Excellent communication skills, proven with customer and peer groups. Project implementation skills. - Work on shift basis with an ability to manage a shift. - Excellent command of English language, other languages will be of an advantage.
