IT DEVELOPER INTERNSHIP INTERNSHIP– Web /Software developer x 2 The YESHUA TECHNOLOGIES LTD IT Developer internship program offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working for a technically advanced organization. Youll work with a team of IT professionals using leading-edge systems and tools to create innovative solutions. Major responsibilities • Assist in planning, organizing and servicing conferences, seminars and training workshops- preparing presentations and facilitating ICT needs as required. • Assist in the planning, organizing and servicing conferences, seminars and training workshops. • Create and develop Web applications including websites, a marketing plan to reach the target market. • Help confirm and arrange future meeting times. • Reviewing current systems and Custom software design • Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals • Working closely with analysts, designers and staff • Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes • Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live • Preparation of training manuals for users • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma: IT Related or Certification in web based Applications • Recent graduate with at least one year of professional experience. • Excellent Object Oriented PHP/Ruby on Rails • MySQL -Databases • XHTML • CSS • XML • JavaScript • Ajax, Java and C# • JQuery • Asp.net In addition to the requisite technical skills, you will be a team player, self-motivating, eager to learn, inquisitive, innovative and articulate with excellent written and spoken English As well as possessing good commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with customers, also able to market and sale our products and services. Able to work unsupervised, using your own initiative to solve problems. DESIRABLE • Familiarity with Apache configuration, Web service APIs, UML, SEO • Highly motivated to learn and work in a high-performance environment. • Willingness to tackle challenges and seek creative solutions in everyday assignments. • Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must be able to meet urgent and last-minute deadlines, work with grace under pressure, and function well in a high-performance team.
