IT IS ILEGAL TO BE ENGLISH... (but not at Common Law which we are not taught.) So lets fight to change sick Brit Acts & Statutes and stand under Common Law where it is not illegal. Under the Equalities Act 2010 it is illegal to be English as you supposedly cannot discriminate on the grounds of colour ---------------------------- Race (1) Race includes— (a) colour; (b) nationality; (c) ethnic or national origins. (2) In relation to the protected characteristic of race— (a) a reference to a person who has a particular protected characteristic is a reference to a person of a particular racial group; ___________________________________________ and it is common knowledge that the English are a Northern European ethnic group of which being white is PART of our identity make-up. Note: we are several shades of white, some pale, some tanned and some in-between both. The Equalities Act 2010 does not and will not apply to any other non-white ethnic group of course and so we should override the Equalities Act 2010 with Common Law which supersedes Acts and Statutes as is the Superior Law of the land-England.
