IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE 60% of all liver transplants are a direct result of the hep C virus It is just amazing to me how few people in the interior and B.C, outside the Vancouver area, are unaware that there is actually a cure for Hep C now. It is curing at 91%. Mike and I have been on the road letting health authorities and people in the communities in on the big secret. We had so many people coming up and asking for more information. as there friends and family members need help. and there just doesnt seem to be enough health care workers in the know. So we.[ and when I say we ] I mean the Happy Liver Society. are making a pledge to this province that we will keep traveling around until the word is out there, and people get back to good health, back to their jobs and back to their lives.
