CORD IS OPENLY FIGHTING ON BEHALF OF TERRORISTS – SEE THE 2 KEY GROUNDS GIVEN IN COURT ON 23 DECEMBER 2014 IN THE APPLICATION TO STOP IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW ANTI-TERRORISM LAWS: “Mr. Orengo said the law affects the right of every citizen to be a Kenyan by giving the registrar powers to revoke national identity cards without following due process. Mr Orengo also argued that the new laws violate the right to fair trial and being presumed innocent until proven guilty. He said offences created under the act are oppressive and unjustifiable.....” Very, very interesting. How would a section of Kenyans play politics with security of all Kenyans? What are these rights being demanded for terrorists in Kenya? Why would any Kenyan try to STOP IMPLEMENTATION of the new ANTI-TERRORISM LAWS (anti-terrorism laws, mark you), just to gain political mileage, at the expense of the lives of Kenyans and stability of the state? What would be more EVIL than this?!
