BUY~SELL~TRADE This site was created to help people get rid of unwanted good quality items. The founder of the site knows there is a need for a ‘go to place’ for gently used items at reasonable prices. The current Administrators of this site: Gaylynn Nunez Jessica Nunez Ida Huddlen Although all members should be mature enough to use this site responsibly, some guidelines have to be in place to keep everyone on a level playing field. With these rules in place and posted, there should be little need for reminders. Rules will be reviewed regularly by the Admins to consider modifications or changes. RULES: 1. Play fair or not at all 3. Misrepresentation of brand names / quality of items will not be tolerated. If it is a knock off, please state so. 4. If you say you want something you must make arrangements with the seller to pick up or meet them within 48 hours or unless other arrangements have been made with the seller. And then it is up to the seller whether or not they want to hold it that long. If you still do not pick up that item after the seller has worked with you, that seller may report that buyer to an admin for further action. 5. If your items are sold or ppu (pending pick up) delete the post. There is no tolerance any longer for this. (there is a down arrow to the right of your post that you can click and it gives you the option to delete, or if you are doing it from a phone you just swipe your finger across it from left to right and click remove) If you do not delete your post that is sold or ppu we will. There will be no message or warning. This will delete some of the clutter. If your item does not sell then you can go to the photo section of the site and find your photo and repost it or bump it saying it is still available. 6. DO NOT get on someone else’s post and tell them they are asking too much for an item. This is an online garage sell basically and people can post whatever price they want on something. (This causes drama which is permuted). 7. If you are *FIRM* on your price and you do not want people to make offers then put *firm*. 8. If you reduce your price you must follow the bump rules. If you want to reduce your price on an item you can only do so under rule #1. 9. Only bump once every 24hrs 10. Only post one picture of an item. If the buyer wants more pics you can email or pm or text. But it makes it to confusing on here. 11. If you are interested in an item then post INTERESTED on that post then the seller must offer it to the first person that is asking about it no questions asked. IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED FOR SOMEONE TO JUMP IN ON AN ITEM AND SAY THEY WANT IT WHEN THERE ARE PEOPLE BEFORE THEM ASKING QUESTIONS AND CLEARLY ARE INTERESTED IN IT. 12. There is absolutely NO bidding on this page. (Example: Seller price’s item for $5 person #1 says I will take it. Person #2 says I will give you $6 .) 13. Please list a location and price on every item you post so it cuts down on comments. 14. Business may post once a week. 15. Limit Max 10 posting per day (24hrs) per person. This includes album photos and bumps. 16. If someone posts something asking for a specific item and other comments on it saying they have one for sell. Other buyers are not allowed to jump in and try to buy underneath that person. (Example: Anna posted: I am looking for soccer ball. If anyone has one for sell please let me know? Seller says: I have one it is great condition. Joe blow says: Seller I have been looking for one too how much? I want it.) That is completely rude. Do not do it. 17. Do not become offensive if an ADMIN reminds you to delete as stated above. We are just trying to keep things cleaned up. We cannot remember which of the 5000+ members are new and which have been deleting as they are supposed to. 18. DRAMA WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY ANYONE FOR ANY REASON! 19. Items remaining more than 21 days will be deleted by the Administrators. This includes posts, pictures and albums. 20. If the item you are selling is broke, cracked, scratched, need batteries, etc let the buyer know. 21. Enjoy and profit from the site. That is its purpose. 22. Do not post multiple times of the same item. 23. You can bump once every 24 hrs and a business can bump once a week. 24.
