IT Marketing Manager Needed Urgently From Oman Role Summary: To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor’s data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. To Meet the Company Monthly Target To Be Creative and give ideas of getting new Products Responsibilities: Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C. Have got Enough Knowledge of IT Products and Up to date with different Product Technologies Develop an annual marketing plan. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives. Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget. To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved. To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution. To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media. To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products. To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand. Relationships and Roles: To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. Job Specifications: 2 years At Least of IT sales experience in the marketing industry. Experience with a company in a related company sector. Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
