This specific role is to support the development efforts for the private cloud leveraging the OpenStack software. The role involves collaborating with other cloud developers and OpenStack distribution vendors to engineer a cloud solution for use by the application developer community within the company. The OpenStack cloud will support the delivery transformation initiative and support agility and flexibility through end to end automation of application delivery including infrastructure provisioning and integration with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Development platforms. Responsibilities: Interfaces with customers and stakeholders to understand and clarify business and system requirements Designs and develops software to automate the deployment of applications and infrastructure environments Develops scripts and integration code to integrate multiple software components to achieve the business goal Integrating with other infrastructure components such as storage and network components. Develops documentation for the developed software Coordinates with testing resources to support system and integration tests and resolve defects Plans and leads the deployment of the cloud solution in production environment Participates in post-implementation reviews of software development content and process to maximize knowledge transfer and learning experiences Leverages design patterns, coding standards, architecture principles, best practices and other software engineering methodologies and practices Looking for Contract to Hire Cloud Developer dlvr.it/6LVS7S
