IT PROGRAMMER We are looking for an IT Programmer in Bakersfield, CA Job summary Programmer will develop, design, maintain and support all in-house applications as well as third party apps that are used in the mortgage industry. Essential job functions 1. Collect and execute criteria for custom reporting 2. Develop in-house applications that are custom tailored to our workflow 3. Maintain existing in-house reporting an applications 4. Document all custom reports and applications 5. Provide end-user training and support for custom applications 6. Work with Network Administrator to publish applications Minimum requirements Minimum 5-years IT related experience. Degree in Computer Sciences or related field and technical certifications are desired. Abilities required 1. Time flexible and willing to perform tasks after hours 2. Excellent written and communication skills. 3. Knowledge of best industry practices for IT software development 4. Knowledge of troubleshooting and taking the appropriate course of action to fix an issue 5. Proficient in the following languages: .NET, MS Access, SQL, Crystal Reports, XML, JavaScript, HTML 6. Knowledge of IIS and Web Server Security This is a full time position.
