IT / Technical Recruiter 360 Staffing – Perth Amboy, NJ 360 Staffing is seeking a bilingual, dynamic, aggressive, outgoing, team-oriented individual to join our sales & recruiting team. As an Account Developer and Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and servicing companies and their job orders in the IT departments. You will pursue these prospective clients through leads generated in our existing list of contacts, company sponsored events, advertising resources, the internet and through personal contacts made through business social medias and communities network functions . You will concentrate on recruiting IT professional candidates from the United States, Puerto Rico and business alliances that 360 staffing has made in other countries like Colombia, Mexico, China and India. You will meet with clients and candidates. In our team environment you and your co-works of 360 will be responsible for developing business and candidate relationships. You will have the support of the six metropolitan offices and a full sales team. You will assess technical needs, recommend opportunities, and provide technical staffing solutions. We welcome professionals from the senior most experience level to 2 years’ experience. You must be passionate about technology and helping people, as well as have the strong desire to succeed. Any previous professional experience with outbound sales is a big plus. To be successful in this position, you will need: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and polish. Bachelor’s degree a must Prior agency staffing experience preferred Stable work history Bilingual, Recruiting, IT industry experience.
