IT Technician About this job Minimum Qualifications: · MCITP/MCSE (done or in the process of completing, must have at least 1 exam preferably the all) · 2-3 years’ experience Roles & Responsibilities: · Perform General maintenance on clients’ sites · A couple of sites will be handed over to the tech completely and they will need to look after all aspects of their IT,this will require then to log into our RMM system, find issues and resolver them · Call the client and ask them if they are aware of any issues on the site that they can take care of. · Visit the site periodically to ensure everything is running smoothly · Respond to calls logged telephonically and via email by the clients · Remote and onsite support when required · Perform Daily tasks: · This consists of things like updating all calls assigned to you · Making sure your working area is clean and presentable · Check and make sure clients backups are working correctly · Submit reports when asked · When certain incidents occur clients insist on getting a report on what was done · Reports on the status of clients sites are require periodically, ensuring they are up to date. · Other reports as and when they are required. · Every hour that is billed Personal Attributes : · Well presented · Excellent English spoken and written · Own car and license essential Please send CV to [email protected]
