Deadlines (extended) Regular papers submission: April 30, 2014 Tutorial proposals submission: April 30, 2014 The International Telecommunications Symposium is an important international forum on telecommunications and signal processing, organized every four years since 1990 by the Brazilian Telecommunications Society (SBrT). The ITS 2014 will be held in the vibrating city of Sao Paulo, Brazil and will be technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. The technical program will feature world-class keynote speakers, who will share their expertise and perspectives on the advances of telecommunications and signal processing. Tutorials on cutting-edge topics from industrial leaders and renowned academics will be offered to participants. These talks are already confirmed: Prof. Alfred O.
