ITS HARD TO BELIEVED BUT THIS STORY IS 100%TRUE. Their is a company in Toronto run by two partners, one of the partners is a Jewdist..That is half Buddhist on his Mothers Side and half Jewish on his Fathers side. At the age of 19 he had no idea what he wanted to do with his life. His Father sent him to the Rabbi who told him to follow his passion. He had no passion, so he went to Nepal and sat with Monks for a solid year. Then one of the Monks gave him a chunk of ice and another gave him a bowl of raspberries, WITHIN MINUTES HE MADE RASBERRY TARTUFFO. He tasted it, the monks tasted it, the Dali Lama tasted it. That was the moment they became known as the dancing Monks.. The Dali Lama told him to go to Florence to study the making of Italian Ice cream and to stop of at the Vatican to make some Raspberry Tartuffo for the Pope. My friend went to the Vatican and made Ice cream for everyone. They all started to Dance the tarantella Even the Pope. From there he went to Florence and studied for 2 years. He then returned to Toronto, opened up a Dairy and started making the best Raspberry Tartuffo in the world. I got wind of it when he hired my then tiny Advertising agency to promote his product. He let me taste it and I started dancing. Im still dancing today.
