Firstly thank you for your emails, I dont have facebook access out here, Im emailing my mam and shes pasting the email onto my account so I will answer all the messages when I get home. Today, woo hoo I actually enjoyed today, incident free ;) hydration seems sorted and no sickness, had upset stomach early on but got thru it and got my head down and worked. Its a war not a race, its brutal and you need a strategy and my strategy of walking when ill yesterday paid off for todays stage. I finished today in 301 position which has helped close the gap from yesterdays walking disaster. Moral is high, my body is broken, back and feet sore but chaff seems under control lol. Im in a good mind set going into tomorrows big one. 50 miles tomoz oof, Ive only ever ran 26.2 mile in 1 go. My strategy tomoz needs to be a smart one, I can pick up lots of places if smart but also loose lots if get it wrong. Tomorrow will be very long for those tracking me running into the night.
