ITS HERE ITS HERE ITS FINALLY HERE!!!! I cant wait to start this challenge!!! Katie Kirby and Andrea Pope you all better get on it because Im ready to rip into this kit and get started!!! Anyone else who wants to take on the challenge and make healthy & fit your lifestyle let me know Id be happy for you to join us Last night I prepped yummy produce and Im putting my meals together today and tomorrow. Im happy to help anyone with their meal prep, the first time can feel a little overwhelming sometimes and everything is more fun with a friend I went gluten free because I was having stomach problems/pain, fatigue, slowed thought process, and always puffy and straight up fat (yep I said it). So I changed the way I ate and lost 35 pounds, no more stomach pain, no more puffy face, or belly bloat. Its really embarrassing to post this pic of me, but lately (through IG mostly) Ive been working on putting myself out there so that others know they arent alone and can hopefully be encouraged to choose the right direction. Now I want to take it further by eating clean, training with Coach Reese in his 8 wk get fit program, and now adding an Advocare 24 Day Challenge to detox, reboot, and melt the fat so I can better see the lean muscle Im building with the help of Coach. Im so stinking excited!!! Im already in love with the Advocare health and wellness products, and they makes it fun to choose health and make smart choices daily. I cant wait to post my own Advocare before and after pics! Im excited to see how far I can push myself *I think I scared the FedEx guyoopsie*
