ITS UNFORTUNATE BUT TODAY WE LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE PEOPLE LACK WORK ETHIC, LOYALTY, VISION, AND SO MUCH MORE.. However what I want you to understand is that you dont have to have EVERYONE with those qualities to make it in this world. People will be people. PEOPLE QUIT AT EVERYTHING. Visionaries DONT! The only thing you can control is YOU and who YOU ARE..... So stay true to yourself and your dreams and goals. When you say you will do something, DO IT!! No matter what it is. Dont let the lack of someone else break your focus. Remember to obtain success (whatever that means to you to me it means TIME FREEDOM WITH NO FINANCIAL WORRIES), you dont need an ARMY to come with you. You just need a few good people that will make a decision to keep the VISION no matter what the challenges are... STAY TRUE AND NEVER GIVE UP!!! THIS IS YOUR TIME.
