“IT’S HOW YOU THINK” The mind is an incredible thing the Lord has given us. I guess we all know there is only a small portion of our brain that is actually put to use and then there is some of it put to good use.These are the words of A.W. Tozer, “What comes to our minds when we think of God is the most important thing about us.” When you think of God, what comes to mind? How would you describe Him? I challenged someone a few days ago to describe God in one word descriptions. So, since a mental picture just appeared in your head listing one word descriptions, what pops into your mind when you think of God? Perhaps one of the words would be, “Praiseworthy!” He is that and so much more. What good things have you to say. By the way, I would say God is amazing! Hmmmm, that’s a good word for God don’t you think…AMAZING!! But, did you know we are not the only ones that give praise, honor and glory to The Lord? “THE HEAVENS TELL OF THE GLORY OF GOD. THE SKIES DISPLAY HIS MARVELOUS CRAFTSMANSHIP. DAY AFTER DAY THEY CONTINUE TO SPEAK; NIGHT AFTER NIGHT THEY MAKE HIM KNOWN. THEY SPEAK WITHOUT A SOUND OR A WORD; THEIR VOICE IS SILENT IN THE SKIES; YET THEIR MESSAGE HAS GONE OUT TO ALL THE EARTH AND THEIR WORDS TO ALL THE WORLD.” Psalm 19:1-4 (NLT) I hope and pray God helps my little buddy who snores like a freight train, yes a freight train carrying a duck, a duck thats being hit my a car, crying out to his duck heaven since a duck has no soul, to let me sleep tonight so I can walk the fairways tomorrow because I will be dragging today! Im not mentioning any names because that would be throwing him under the bus but his first name is Jim and his last name is Davy Crock_ _ _! Do not seek the treasure!! Thank God hes a wonderful preacher or they would have me up on charges of murder!!! Oh yes, I will smile even though Im sleep walking, I will keep it on the sunny side even though I can barely see it and I will try and go make a difference because this little light of mine, Im going let it whats left of it shine...
