IT’S TRICKY I was just discussing “changes” or “enhancements “which seems to be the new catch phrase of the day. The constant distractions from the negative “enhancements” are just “tricky” Honestly – I don’t know about you but I personally don’t have the energy anymore to have to always look over my shoulder. I grow weary of reading an enhancement only to find it’s a backward enhancement not benefiting my coworkers, my family, or myself. I’m sick of getting excited only to be let down again, and again. With a union and a union contract we have someone to make sure we don’t have to deal with “negative” enhancements and finally the word enhancement will no longer hold a negative connotation .
