Iboga is endangered, and it is unethically harvested (using children, in national parks, associated with elephant poaching), and too expensive for the Bwiti people in its native Gabon, for whom it is a sacrament. This must change, and I personally have committed to doing all i can to raise awareness and funds for the sustainable cultivation of this sacred plant, which has illuminated and liberated many of those fortunate enough to have found it safely.
