Icy or flooded roads make you late for work? At least you had an excuse! Sixteen percent of workers say they arrive late to work at least once a week, and one in four admit to making up phony excuses. A recent survey found 31% blame lateness on traffic, 16% say they fall back asleep and eight percent give their kids as a reason they run behind.
