Id just like to make a simple point here and be done. If any of you cared this much about racial, gender, and political issues every other day of the year, things like this wouldnt still be happening. If all of you Facebook and Twitter warriors didnt wait until an abhorrent and despicable crime against humanity has already occurred to speak up, you most likely would have made the difference a long time ago. All of you now crying out, these issues have always been around, thats why these things happen need to wake up. Yes, yes but this is the first word weve heard from your lips about it. And that, that is why these things still happen. Because these things happen, everyone jumps on the bandwagon. Then once these events are no longer the popular topic, you stop until it happens again. And the cycle continues to wreak havoc. Now is not the time to care. The time to care has long since passed. Stop posting for likes, and start posting for change. Now, we must all fear evil men. But, there is another kind of evil which we must fear most … and that is the indifference of good men #yesIjustquotedBoondockSaints
