Id like to tell you a story about how your actions can have an affect on your child.Please listen with an open heart. Theres a little boy at school that moved here from another state that Ive known since Kindergarten. Hes always seemed happy, smart & was always clean with a neat haircut. Somewhere around 2 yrs ago, I notice him start to change.He stopped caring about his grades, started looking dirty& his hair started to get longer and he now keeps dark circles under his eyes. Today, I was helping him with his computer and I decided to ask a few questions. (Most of the time when the parents split up, it shows in the behavior of the child.) I asked him where he moved here from. He told me. I asked, Do you live with your mom or dad? Or do you live with both of them?. He said, I live with my mom. My dads in jail. I asked, how long has he been in jail? He said, Two years. He also told me he will be getting out soon. Im no psychologist and Im not judging anyone, but the reason that I am posting this is to ask you to whisper up a little prayer for this child, whenever you say your prayers tonight. Better still.. Please pray for all of the children.
