Id like to use this opportunity to quickly touch on the importance of hiring a skilled photographer. There is so much more to a portrait than just an expensive camera. Not only does it take someone who knows how to work their camera in often challenging situations, it also entails knowing how to compose the subject(s), manipulate lighting, and a great deal of post processing on a computer. When you pay to hire a photographer, you are hiring a skilled artist to deliver a product to you. The more money you are willing to invest into your images, the better quality you will see in return. These are two black and white 16 x 20 canvas wall mounts I have permission to post. I just received them in the mail for a gorgeous couple I was fortunate enough to photograph. They are beautifully crafted with precise detail down to Jessicas engagement ring(see close-up). These timeless photos are something that will last on the walls of their home for the coming decades. With that being said, next time you are looking to hire a photographer ask questions and make sure they can offer you the experience you are seeking- from the initial style of photos you desire to the delivered final product.
