Id like to warn people about using stage struck photographers the pop up photographers that get into MacArthur square its been 5 years but Im still angry I used them when my son was 4 days old as my mum wanted a Christmas theme free picture when I went to get my free picture for my 1st complaint I was bullied asked what kind of first time mum doesnt want photos of her new born and such comments!! 3 months later they called me and offered me the images at a MUCH discounted rate with there taunts still in my mind I agreed and gave my credit card details and purchased the photos! 8 months later they were back with a moterbike prop as my dad is lets say a Harley enthusiast I decided why not for pop :) went and got my free image was again bullied this time when they called I decided to stand my ground as the motorbike image was the only nice one and I refused to buy the images! Feeling this was the end I went on with life 2 months later I received the photos in the mail attached were eftpos reciepts for amounts such as $11 and $3 and $15 I was confused I rang them up and asked for a manager I said I told you I didnt want these images and she said no you said you did I said I most certainly did not she replied then how did we get your credit card info I said the best I can figure is you illegally kept my details from my previous purchase when he was a baby I was told not to be so ridiculous I said ridiculous is stealing $3-$15 out of my ACC every other day! She responded with obviously I hadnt noticed before now so I could clearly afford it I should take the photos I paid for and move on and was hung up on I rang fair trading and was told unfortunately I would have the burden of trying to prove I did not give them my credit details for this transaction because as it stood they had the details and I had the photos Id paid for no theft!!!! Needless to say I changed credit details and now when the ladies say bring them over for a photo I say at the top of my lungs so you can thieve from me again
