Idealism rather than realism has been overly embraced by the masterclass scoundrels to place those people whose gullibility cannot be put in check in a total social-political-economic mess. Idealism has its tentacles in every realm of life. It emphasises things that are surreal and abstract in sense and employs threats to bring people into submission. Sometimes, its tenets are defended by nothing and this nothingness is bizarrely accepted by its hugely hypnotised audience. How I wished people divorced themselves from idealism and embraced realism because the former is catastrophic to those people who belong to the lower rungs of the social ladder. Ironically, its proponents were too clever to place it at the centre of all communication modes. Sorry!!!
