The way I look at it, the one who should be looked at this way is the one asking for things to continue as they are but hope for different/better results. Isnt it time for Leadership to remove their heads from the sand, face todays challenges and embrace a new way of leading? This may be a scary idea however I think it is an idea worth taking the stares for! George and I would be interested in your take on the overall message of this great GE commercial. One particular line that hit home was...Ideas are the natural born enemy of the way things are. Please post your thoughts!!
