If 1966 was responsible for all the Norths problems - what do we - TopicsExpress

If 1966 was responsible for all the Norths problems - what do we Igbos say about a Civil War that totally devastated our land? Some loud, mentally lazy elder statesmen in the North are still blaming Nzeogwu for the Norths problems. In 2014!! I now know how Nyako thinks - I dont like the way he thinks. Gideon Akaluka and many others from the east have been killed up North - then you deliberately miss-classify Jonathan as an easterner. Nobody ever referred to Eastern Militants; they referred to Niger Delta Militants - of course Nyako knew what game he was playing. Nyako has written, maybe Asari will address a press conference next week. This is Nigeria. SMH. What is the link between Jonathan, the 1966 coup, the civil war and Boko Haram? Are some of us not crazy to link these events? Instead of giving the Ndigbo a reason to support your party - you are looking for a way to blame them for Boko Haram Youre worse than scum. I didnt want to say this, but I think I have to. Im not sure parts of the North will be safe for Southerners in the build up to 2015. If Nyako speaks the minds of many in Northern Nigeria ( and Im told he does) - we are in serious trouble!! Somebody reads Nyako and applauds him for speaking the truth. Another reads him and thinks that is it, they really hate us. Difficult times. If you are perceptive, youd immediately realize this has gone beyond winning the next elections - its all about national cohesion now. What is Nigerias reason for existence, its vision, it mission, its purpose? If Nigeria has no reason for existence, mission, vision or purpose - why does it exist?
