If APC fails to win the 2015 presidential election, the party will be in disarray! many of its Northern stalwarts will realign with PDP as the party will most likely present a Northern Candidate in 2019 after Goodluck Jonathan which seems to be the aim of APC after all. No doubt, the presidency is going back to the North after GEJ. By 2019 Southern Nigeria would have been in power for 18 years. Now do you think the North will just sit down to continue to be spectators in a democracy? Is this what we struggled for from 1985 to 1999? I doubt if the South struggled for a power shift to the South so as to keep it for 18 years or as long as possible. Obviously, It will be a threat to democracy, a threat to national unity and a threat to the corporate existence of Nigeria as a political entity. I am at a loss in the position and gains of Ndigbo both in the immediate past years of southern rule and the impending or subsequent reliquishing of the presidency by the south in this setting that we call democracy
