If America is to be a strong and prosperous nation again; I have an IMMEDIATE surge to our national independence, economy and possibly the fastest way to create jobs. Its called Hemp. No, Im not talking about Marijuana. If you think they are one and the same, its time to do some research. At the founding of our new nation, Hemp fluctuated between the second and third most grown crop in America. The Declaration of Independence was drafted on it. The Constitution was finalized on it. The currencies of the colonies was printed on it. Revolutionary War Bonds were drafted on it. Much if the uniforms for the National Army and Navy were sewn of it. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, John Hancock, etc all had fields of it. In fact, when Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson went to Europe, on their many voyages, it was a matter of great pride that their clothing was home-spun Hemp! Imagine, for just a moment, how many jobs could be created by it planting and harvesting. Not to mention the MILLIONS of jobs that could be created by its production into clothing, fuel, etc. This is a great example of where the public has been deceived yet again. If you are against Hemp, that means you lose all credibility on issues like sovereignty, independence, economic stability, the working class, and our childrens future. Show me an America that PRODUCES from our very soil, and Ill gaze upon an America that is Proud and Strong with you. Until then, were just kidding ourselves. That is all.
