Jinggoy Estrada if a criminal case is filed against the actor-senator. Speaking to radio DZMM, Cayetano scoffed at a United Nationalist Alliances (UNA) statement that Binay will not hesitate to go after his own allies if criminal cases are filed against them in court in connection with the pork barrel scam. For one thing, Cayetano said Binay is openly courting Estrada to be his running-mate when he runs for President in 2016.
