If Heaven has a flavor...it would be coffee... :) Yesterday was the perfect day for coffee and espresso class getting ready for fall tomorrow and cooler weather soon. Our Chefs did a great job highlighting the best ways our guest to become a better barista at home from seed to cup, home brewing with Chemex Collar Wood Glass Coffee Maker, Breville Espresso Machine, new Kurp Precise Tamp Espresso and Kitchen Aid Pour Coffee Brewer. Our chefs also demonstrated ways to turn coffee to caffe latte and cappuccino with already ground coffee, coffee beans (Lily coffee beans) or using one of our Williams-Sonoma syrup. After the class, many of guests came up to me thanked us for having the class...they learned a lot.
