If I am told it costs 75 cents to mail an envelope (cardboard square type) and attach 2 stamps (overage I know but that isnt the point) and it comes back to me for insufficient postage saying it costs $2.00....then I pay the extra, and continue to do so to other similar mail, for prob 6 months , then another postal worker tells me later it is only 75 cents once more to mail such a type of envelope/pkg/letter , then I paid the wrong amt for 6 months, I would think they owe me back pay just because they dont know their tail end from a hole in the ground. Has anyone else had similar problems with their mail? I currently now pay the 75 cents and see what happens.
