If I could teach the bpm crew for a thousand years it wouldnt be enough time to say thank you to you all. A massive well done and thanks to those who came to take part in our final event whether you did just the one class or crazy enough to do over 20 your presence was so much appreciated. The final beat dropped, the music stopped but I hope the fitness weekends have been as memorable for you as they have for me. It was great to see those who have been teaching and exercising for many years and those who are just starting their journey in the world of fitness all together over the weekend. Freestyle fitness is all about being individual, breaking the rules and not following the crowd or being a clone but having the creativity and passion to be yourself whether good, bad or ugly and to strong enough to accept you will fail, try again and fail better! I hope bpm will be remembered for creating something different, providing an opportunity for people to change themselves for the better and most importantly to have fun. Adios... X
