If I had met with Karl Popper earlier, I would have followed him rather than becoming a Dalai Lama. His Holiness may have little knowledge that Popper was immensely influenced by Hayek, his friend, to raise the name of Popper confidently on the international stage. The Tibetan Spiritual Leader may not be in touch with Hayeks Spontaneous Order but he would master a similar Madhiyamika meditation insight of abiding naturally. Actually Hayek, the relatively unknown sage to his Holiness, quoted the principle of the quantum uncertainty in his support for decentralized education in his epitome of The Constitution of Liberty. His Holiness would be happy to learn that some keystone concepts he reached out in his Universe in Single Atom had already been the key ideas ahead in his teachers teachers thoughts.
