If I see my LOVELY new neighbor kicking his dog one more time, there is going to be trouble. Its some kind of pit cross, which he lets roam the neighborhood. Im reluctant to call animal control, as that would pretty much be a death sentence for the dog. But I am starting to get seriously concerned that the dog will hurt someone, or attack other animals in the hood. And if it kills one of my cats, Ill probably wind up in jail myself. So I may have no choice but to get animal control involved, unless anyone knows of any rescue organization that would just scoop it up?
