If I told you on 8/15/14 that we would be 9-2 going into the Tech game with a very good chance of ending the season 10-2, would you have agreed or disagreed knowing that our defense would be young and rebuilding along with a 1 yr starting QB? I predicted a 9-3 or 8-4 season. Upon further review, I think we are better than the rest of the East teams. But are we really? We had a week off before both our loses and looked unprepared. The Jekyll and Hyde syndrome really gets to me. In any event, we exceeded my expectations and have a chance to end the season 10-2. Thats a good season. Just stinks that one of those loses was to an East team. I think we have the right guys in Bobo and Pruitt. All weve been missing (for the most part) in many years is a good defense. This years recruiting class is LOADED with top defensive talent. Im just as sick and tired of saying next year as the rest of you, but this staff and recruiting is as strong as its ever been in Richts tenure and I cant wait to see what happens next. TO HELL WITH TECH AD GO DAWGS!!
