If I want to invest in a TOY business, I would choose LEGO for the simple fact the same mold for mini figures can be reused over the next 50 years without being obsolete, meaning any excess overproduced mold is consumable still over period of time. The building blocks of LEGO have almost unchanged at all over the last 50 years, the basic building blocks are exactly the same as before, the last 50 years. But the MOST IMPORTANT part of LEGO BUSINESS is in ETHICS CODE and QUALITY CONTROL - both are uncompromised at the highest level. The only RISK in LEGO BUSINESS is producing the unwanted model (could be linked to a movie) OR produced an unwanted mini figure accessories. But as far as I know almost all mini figures are in DEMAND. LEGO is DEFINITELY the MOST SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS out of all TOY MANUFACTURERS, where they mitigated the risk to the LOWEST through INNOVATE OUT OF THE BOX THINKING and through careful scenario planning. Even the KO LEGOs from CHINA failed to DENT ITS MARKET at all, for that I really respect and salute the LEGO founder ... BRILLIANT !
