If I was Prime Minister of Canada: Rule #1: No Burqa or any form of women covering allowed by any religion. (We aint gonna hide our beautiful womens) Rule #2: You have to pass a special liscence to drive and own a modified car. This liscence include sefety regulations driving skills and awerness of good and bad modification. + Modified car will be inspected to verify if it has brakes, lights... Modified car will be legal but regulated. Rule #3: We can turn right on red light anywhere. Rule #4: You lose your license if your a dumbass Rule #5: Speed limit on highway will be increased at 130 km/h but its completely illegal to pass by the right and block the left (fast lane). If your too dumb to respect those rules, you lose your liscence for a year. Rule #6: Your speeding tickets will be proportional to your income. Rule #7: Bacon day Rule #8: Obligatory volunteering by high school students in retirement home. To teach the young generation to respect the elderly and learn about life. Rule #9: Financial education in highschool, teach teens about cerdits, debts, salary and budget. Rule #10: If you mind your own business and dont bother anybody, we wont bother you. Rule #11: All maximum security prison will be moved to North West Territory and prisonners will be forced to work 9 to 5. The income produce by their labor will make the prison self sufficient and would cost nearly nothing to the government. Rule #12: If your corrupted you WILL go to prison. Goverment official will be accountable for their actions. Rule #13: You need a permit to own an animal, if your too dumb to respect rules this permit will be taken away and you will be fined if caught in possession of an animal.
